    • Coming soon, Sereana 🙂 I hope you find the free emails useful in the meantime. Drop me a line if you’d like to ask anything.

  1. Thank you for this light at the end of my tunnel; I’ve got addictive children and I’m so tired of friends telling me all the time how I should be dealing with the situation that I enable etc.

    • It’s a pleasure, Sandra. Just reply to any of my emails if you want to ask anything privately.

I’m sure your friends mean well. It sounds like explaining to them what does and doesn’t help you might be part of your return back to yourself. I think of it like Christmas presents. If someone keeps giving you Christmas presents you don’t like, you can appreciate that they mean well but after a while it’s time to let them know what you would *really* like. 🙂

    • Thanks Kerry. Thanks for writing. Glad it landed with you. It seems to have hit on something for lots of people. I usually find my visitors are GREAT at being friends to other people. So you just have to remember to apply them to yourself as well 🙂

  5. Your videos are informative and your style understandable, practical and sensible. From someone who’s been around the block nearly 7 decades, I still have much to learn from you. Thank you for being so open and caring !!

  6. Andrew, This is the best summary of Karpman’s Drama Triangle I have seen online. It is concise but hits all the key points and gives “handles” for the viewer to grab! Well done!
